Shipping Information
Orders for Extreme Brand products, if they are in-stock, will be drop-shipped and should arrive within four(4) business days of order placement. If they are not in-stock, we will charge you the deposit amount, and the balance will not be charged until product actually ships.
We will otherwise never charge your Credit Card until your order has shipped.
Returns and Cancellation Policies
You must request and receive an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from us before attempting to send any product back to us. If you have not done so, the item will be refused.
Refund Policy
Refunds for orders is at our discretion only. We connect and test electrical parts, including hub motor kits, before they ship, so their will be no refunds for these items if they are returned in damaged or non-operational condition.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to the time they are picked-up by a shipping company truck. If your item has shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel an order. To cancel an order before it's shipped, you must call and speak with a staff member. Orders cannot be cancelled via e-mail, voicemail or text messages, only by phone with a live communication.

You may check order status by phone during our normal business hours.
